The Catella Scan Station employs our exclusive one step program BatchScan, which allows you to automate the DICOM header creation, scan uncounted groups of patient films, and send the resulting files anywhere on your network.

Addiotinally, our newly incorporated DupliCat feature automatically perdorms scanning and printing for all your film duplicating needs.

American Medical Sales Features Vidar, Howtek,and other quality scanne brands as part of this hardware/software solution. When used with Catella Archive, our scan station provides the means to transfer hard-copy historical images to a digital format for DICOM storage and comparison viewing.

FEATURES:

All Sacan Solutions feature nedical grade scanners, a CPU and flat screen LCD monitor. A user input screen allows for entry of specific image patien information, which is merged with the image according to DICOM 3.0 standards. Once the system has completed the scan, these images can be routed to up to ten different locations, and can be transmitted to a DICOM receiver (i.e, Catella Gateway, Catella Workstation or Catella Archive).

The system includes both automatic and manual modes, along with our unique "cut" feature, which allows multi-image films, (i.e., CT CINE and MRI) to be separated into individual image files for more convinient stack or cine viewing.
